OVERVIEW

The planet of Hellsing was found from a noble family that had been cast out. Travelling across the stars, they came upon a planet that caught their attention from the extreme change from on side of the planet to the other. The noble family, along with the members of their house that came with them settled down by the closest water source and began building the basic structures a community would need. The noble family ensured that all their knowledge was written down as to be passed down so that one day their knowledge could be of use for this land to retake the position they once lost. The harsh conditions molded the growing population over the years and as the original name of the noble house was lost, a new House was emerging taking the name of the planet as their own, House Hel.

Supplemental Entries

City of Artemis

Split by a river, this is where the population has concentrated their development. There are 5 districts: business, pleasure, entertainment, education, and health. There are great structures created from sand and great architectural feats and monuments decorating the city.

Green Blood Forest

At a glance, one might think this would be the better environment for the population but in reality the forest gained its name from being deadly. The forest is lined with poisonous plants and deadly animals. It’s said that some people are sent here to train on harsh conditions, or to never be seen again.

The Sea Serpent

The river that splits the City of Artemis is an Oasis in the desert. It has provided a habitable location where it would seem impossible. The river splits off into smaller veins, of which the districts have been split into.

In many places I cite the Dune Encyclopedia, a collective work released in 1983, which I got from a book of the month club accidentally and was my entry point to the Dune universe, I would love to have a link available so you could get your own, but it appears to be out of print.
