From the very beginning Shadowrun has used very complicated character sheets, while this creates some wonderful opportunities for each Player Character to be unique and special, it has always made a Game Master’s job of populating the game world a very harrowing task, thankfully, early on Sprawl Sites offered us archetypical Non-Player Characters (NPCs) that the GM could use to plop down in the game with a minimum fuss and a shrewd GM could reskin them endlessly to get stat blocks for any of the types of beings that weren’t covered in the book. SR5 didn’t give such a great, one stop shop for contacts, but there are a few scattered around various books. In my list below I will list all the Sprawl Contacts that appear in official Shadowrun Fifth Edition books, their locations, and I’ll give some links for my special contacts I use while playing SR5 in the early 2050s.
