Starfleet awards its service members with a variety of ribbons and medals to show their appreciation for services rendered, increase moral, and help foster a tradition of excellence within the service. In game terms, most awards and ribbons offer a small bonus or advantage to the character who has received the award, most are usable once per adventure, but some may be used once per scene. The following list represents the correct order of precedence of medals and ribbons worn by today’s Starfleet personnel.
